In this issue, we welcome a new columnist, Constanza Ehrenhaus! She will be undertaking the Artist Spotlight column with a series of interviews with contemporary artists. Ursula Vernon talks about losing and finding ideas, Nicole Cadet gives us some tips on how to cut back our commitments when they become overwhelming, and Missy Acker walks us through a watercolor piece of a griffin. In this issue we say goodbye to long-time columnist, Marina Bonomi! (We will miss you!) In her last column, she talks about worldwide mythology surrounding the swan. Giovanna Adams writes about the life and works of early science fiction artist Chesley Bonstel, Missy Acker walks us through a painting of a griffin (with a focus on the wings, of course), and Ellen gives us the fine details of "Fair Use".
